Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations of the clinical department, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

• Organize and schedule patient appointments, procedures, and consultations, enhancing provider availability and patient satisfaction.

• Maintain and regularly update precise patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to privacy regulations (HIPAA).

• Aid clinical staff by arranging medical charts, files, and other documentation necessary for seamless clinical operations.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and administrative personnel to facilitate smooth workflows and coordinate patient care.

• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence related to clinical operations.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies concerning patient confidentiality and data security.

• Adapt to evolving business needs and work arrangements as directed by management.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, including internship experience.

• A bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and clinical workflows.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong focus on detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

• Competence in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting.
