Engagement Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Clearly communicate and promote the benefits of Samsara Services to both prospective and existing enterprise customers.

• Take ownership of Services initiatives (ARR attach quota).

• Be acknowledged by clients as a trusted advisor during product deployment.

• Collaborate with virtual teams to help develop Samsara Services methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of proven experience in positioning Professional Services or Technology Solutions.

• Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and other key partners throughout implementations.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Strong aptitude for innovation.

• Extensive knowledge of executing the Statement of Work (SOW) and Proposal processes.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution.

• Proficiency in creating Salesforce (SFDC) reports and dashboards.
