This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Achieve designated sales targets and objectives by connecting with healthcare professionals through phone and online channels to promote assigned client products.
• Enhance product selling potential and fulfill program objectives by building relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers.
• Oversee daily sales activities to influence customers and boost product sales.
• Educate HCPs and their staff virtually about medication features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications.
• Promote assigned products through digital interactions with HCP targets to reach individual, territory, and company sales and market-share goals.
• Maintain necessary call productivity and program metrics.
• Keep a comprehensive understanding of company products and programs.
• Ensure accurate customer records are maintained in the CRM system.
• Generate reports for management as required.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, health policies, the code of conduct, and privacy and data guidelines.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and pertinent national or local conventions.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is required.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• Experience in virtual sales is essential.
• Ability to work effectively remotely and manage time efficiently.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Excellent clinical acumen and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong verbal, written, and impactful communication skills.
• High customer focus and integrity.
• Advanced selling, persuasion, presentation, and closing abilities.
• A strong sense of initiative, resilience, and a drive for results.
• Capability to understand and convey complex technical/medical terminology.
• Ability to maintain necessary technical expertise, including knowledge of competitive products.
• Effective collaboration skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and meeting platforms.
• Willingness to travel for company meetings and training sessions.
• Must successfully complete all required Amplity, client, and product training.
• May need to submit and maintain credentials, training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation for access to healthcare facilities.
• May be required to obtain a representative license in specific jurisdictions.
