Engagement Pediatric Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Effectively promote and market pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through virtual platforms.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is required.

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales is required, with a preference for 2+ years or more.

• A proven track record of consistent success in sales performance.

• Proficient in employing strategies to outperform competitors and secure business victories.

• Effective communicator with a collaborative, engaging, and persuasive approach.

• Demonstrated capability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Motivated self-starter who operates with a high level of integrity.

• Experienced in efficiently prioritizing tasks and managing schedules.

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and digital meeting platforms.

• Willingness to work across all U.S. time zones as required.
