Engagement Manager – R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate and innovative consulting projects for Veeva clients within the R&D sector.

• Lead teams while planning, organizing, and monitoring all facets of project delivery.

• Contribute to enhancing our market presence and expanding our client network.

• Identify and secure new projects to assist our clients in addressing their complex business challenges.

• Emphasize critical domains including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety, and Quality Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with an outstanding academic record.

• More than 6 years of consulting experience in a reputable strategic or management consulting firm.

• Background in Life Sciences.

• Strong understanding and keen interest in pharmaceutical R&D, with experience in delivering consulting services in areas such as Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, and Safety.

• Highly proficient project management abilities.

• Established credibility and experience engaging with senior executives at key Life Sciences companies.

• Proven success in developing new, high-value customer engagements.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in delivering complex project outputs and deliverables.

• Extensive knowledge of the R&D value chain.
