This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients as their main point of contact, leading Professional Services engagements.
• Assist customers in implementing Neo4j technology by effectively utilizing our professional services and overseeing all delivery-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Statement of Work or Order Form.
• Manage the budgeted hours, travel, and expenses for engagements, coordinating with Finance for precise billing.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling prospects in collaboration with the engagement team.
• Recognize engagement-related risks and communicate with stakeholders to develop successful mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and distribute reports on project performance, focusing on quality, schedule, and budget management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success) to ensure smooth engagement delivery and alignment.
• Aid in project scoping and estimation during the pre-sales phase by contributing to delivery plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Promote ongoing enhancement of delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices within Professional Services.
• Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the engagement and take proactive measures to maintain high CSAT scores.
• Assist in capacity planning by forecasting resource requirements and working with resource management and forecasting teams.
• Mentor and support consultants and project managers to elevate the quality and consistency of delivery.
• When applicable, ensure effective knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams as part of the engagement.
• Engage in internal reporting and forecasting activities related to pipeline, utilization, and revenue.
• Encourage the adoption of Neo4j technology by aiding customers in their progression through maturity stages and identifying barriers to adoption.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and governance requirements across all engagements.
• Represent Professional Services in internal initiatives, providing field insights to enhance products and delivery offerings.
• Demonstrated experience as an Engagement Manager.
• Experience in professional services and/or customer service is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing smaller or larger projects is a plus.
