Engagement Manager, Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for customer programs from the signing of contracts to expansion

• Serve as the program manager, ensuring clear ownership, established milestones, and a consistent operating cadence

• Collaborate with account teams to define engagements for outstanding delivery

• Lead Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams during customer engagements

• Manage delivery capacity, ensuring programs remain on schedule while facilitating stakeholder communication and maintaining account health

• Foster trust with C-suite sponsors and data scientists

• Guide solution discussions that link Domino's AI capabilities to the leadership outcomes desired by customers

• Oversee rollout, enablement, and change management to promote adoption

• Identify, assess, and direct new use cases and expansion opportunities in collaboration with customer success and sales

• Transform customer field insights into product feedback, escalations, and commercial signals

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing role such as implementations, consulting, technical program management, or product management

• A background in life sciences is a significant advantage

• Capability to refine customer requests into suitable solutions and provide constructive feedback on the original scope when necessary

• Comfort with ambiguity and navigating issues that may not be fully defined

• Ability to transform unstructured executive discussions into actionable plans

• Understanding of how enterprise data science teams develop, scale, and govern models

• Proven ownership of deliverables across complete cycles, not just coordination

• Technical proficiency in software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems

• Willingness to be hands-on technically and quickly adapt to new domains

• Solutions-oriented mindset, capable of escalating issues with actionable recommendations

• Proficiency in leveraging AI to enhance speed and quality of work
