Engagement Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Carry out top-tier B2C sales of medical devices utilizing advanced sales techniques.

• Provide support for the Cochlear territory covering Minnesota, North Dakota, Northern Wisconsin, and NE Iowa.

• Execute local marketing strategies for consumers and nurture potential candidates.

• Lead, develop, and motivate mentoring volunteers.

• Facilitate candidate communications through multiple channels including in-person, virtual, email, and phone.

• Exhibit strong sales and business insight to pinpoint market opportunities.

• Ensure adherence to Cochlear policies, laws, and regulations in all sales endeavors.

• Collaborate with B2B colleagues to educate on products and foster robust relationships within the territory.

• Organize and conduct candidate educational events, evaluation days, and awareness initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Proven ability to operate independently with limited supervision.

• Capability to lift at least 30 lbs.

• Possession of a current and valid driver’s license.

• Access to a dependable vehicle may be required based on territory coverage needs.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight stays and weekends.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Strong computer skills, with experience in various software applications including Microsoft Suite and web-based tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, robust presentation abilities, and adaptability in messaging for diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively and positively within a team setting.
