Engagement Manager, Financial Performance Improvement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the problem-solving efforts and daily management of the project team.

• Supervise team analyses and the production of deliverables.

• Manage projects while balancing the work effort and input from clients and colleagues across various levels and business lines.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients.

• Develop sophisticated and persuasive deliverables that inspire clients to take action.

• Coach and mentor junior staff using an apprenticeship-based development model.

• Contribute to the firm's growth through talent initiatives, solution development, thought leadership, and additional contributions.

• Collaborate on 6–9 month financial performance improvement projects alongside colleagues in Clinical, Digital & Technology, and Strategic Transformation business lines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience collaborating with healthcare providers on financial and operational performance improvement and/or post-merger integration operational initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role.

• Proven experience in leading comprehensive financial and operational improvement projects or managing work teams within an overall engagement.

• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.

• A robust entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to challenge the status quo, innovate new solutions, and advance methodologies.

• A passion for enhancing healthcare delivery.

• An advanced degree is preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH).

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
