This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Become proficient in all ClassLink products.
• Offer strategic and technical insights regarding the utilization and expansion of the ClassLink product suite.
• Foster relationships with existing customers within the designated territory through onsite meetings, phone calls, emails, SWAG mailings, etc., to enhance adoption and utilization of ClassLink.
• Execute all account management responsibilities including proactive customer outreach, annual client review meetings, quoting, renewal communications, etc.
• Act as the education and product authority to aid customers in understanding ClassLink.
• Confidently perform ClassLink demonstrations both virtually and at conferences.
• Facilitate the development of positive relationships between ClassLink and key partner organizations.
• Ensure customer retention year-over-year and assist with negotiations regarding renewal fees as necessary.
• Organize regional and virtual user group events for current and prospective customers.
• Participate in conferences and events within assigned territories, interacting with potential and existing customers.
• Keep internal documentation updated for each customer.
• Utilize provided tools to assess customer health and take action when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and overall health.
• Deliver experiences that promote customer retention.
• Administrator-level experience with ClassLink.
• Experience with diverse rostering.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient sales and customer service capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership qualities.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience presenting in virtual and online settings.
• Strong project management abilities and adaptability when necessary.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in a senior consultative or account management role.
• Background as a technology leader in a district office.
• Extensive knowledge of the K-12 ed-tech marketplace.
