Engagement Manager – CPA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assess SOC2/ SOC1 control testing outcomes for thoroughness, precision, and dependability of evidence.

• Conduct a minimum of 1-2 report reviews each day.

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the US CPA team to address any obstacles and distribute tasks.

• Work in close collaboration with the India CPA and India IT audit teams for training purposes.

• Team up with US and India IT Audit teams to reconcile any disagreements regarding control testing findings.

• Approve audit work papers, quality assurance reviews, and assigned audit reports.

• Offer feedback and updates on progress to management and leadership.

• Dedicated to enhancing expertise in SOC2, SOC1, Cloud Security, Compliance Evidence Automation platforms, and IT Audit principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• CPA License is mandatory.

• Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are preferred.

• Strong understanding of SOC2 requirements.

• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be available to work in US time zones.

• A collaborative mindset is essential.

• Over 5 years of experience in Financial audit, accounting, or reporting.

• Travel to domestic and international client sites may be necessary.
