This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding project delivery, leading discussions about timelines, budgets, risks, and overall delivery health.

• Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and navigating intricate discussions.

• Conduct planning sessions and alignment workshops to ensure a common understanding of milestones, dependencies, and delivery obligations.

• Provide clear reporting on budget management, cost variances, and indicators of project health.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to maintain clarity in scope while ensuring predictable delivery.

• Oversee the complete project execution process from initiation to launch.

• Manage budget oversight, resource alignment, and financial tracking throughout the engagement lifecycle.

• Proactively identify risks, articulate their potential impact, and implement timely mitigation strategies.

• Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Architecture) through Agile delivery methodologies.

• Ensure the consistent execution of Scrum ceremonies and best practices in delivery.

• Advocate for continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies across all engagements.

• Contribute to enhancing Orium’s delivery maturity and operational excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or client-facing consulting roles within professional services settings.

• Proven success in delivering design and development projects, preferably in eCommerce, retail technology, or digital platforms.

• Practical experience in managing timelines, budgets, risk registers, and cross-functional delivery teams.

• Confident in leading client-facing discussions, including challenging conversations surrounding scope, timelines, and budget impacts.

• Demonstrated experience working with clients in the US or Canada, showcasing strong cross-cultural communication skills.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and contemporary product development environments.

• Ability to maintain a balance between structure and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving project contexts.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with eCommerce, headless architecture, retail POS/OMS systems, or enterprise digital transformation is advantageous.
