• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects while coordinating teams across both onshore and offshore locations.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and the sharing of knowledge.
• Exemplify solutions-oriented leadership.
• Create detailed internal and customer-facing project documentation, including Jira backlogs, weekly reports, risk assessments, and Gantt charts.
• Guarantee timely project delivery within defined scope and budget for several concurrent initiatives.
• Track key performance indicators related to schedule compliance, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct project closure activities, incorporating lessons learned and improvements to processes.
• Recognize opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling in collaboration with the engagement team.
• 5–8+ years of experience managing mid-to-large or complex projects independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Professional Services Automation tools (PSA), preferably Certinia.
• Proven ability to lead and develop consulting teams and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong history of effective communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams (sales, sales engineering, support, legal, and HR).
