This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and propel the overall success of the Clients program delivery from Exavalu.
• Act as the main executive liaison between Exavalu and client IT & Business Leadership teams.
• Ensure that solutions are executed in accordance with the established SOW, delivery schedules, and quality benchmarks.
• Provide strategic guidance and governance throughout the lifecycle of the program.
• Review and oversee solution architecture, delivery strategies, and implementation methods.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, compliance mandates, and operational best practices.
• Manage communication with executive-level stakeholders, including escalations, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate across functions with delivery, business, and technology teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Monitor program health, key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and overall client satisfaction.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure effective program adoption.
• Extensive experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Engagement Management within the insurance industry, with a proven history of leading data-driven projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale enterprise transformation or technology implementation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with IT and Business Leadership teams.
• Excellent comprehension of program governance, delivery lifecycle, and execution methodologies.
• Experience ensuring that solution delivery conforms to SOWs, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage risks, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms, system integrations, and solution delivery frameworks.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of employees, customers, and the business.
