• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead the account team to ensure customer success.
• Address escalations when various program management challenges arise and implement operational improvements to reduce future risks.
• Guarantee customer success by understanding their requirements, utilizing best practices, and offering services that fulfill customer needs.
• Be a passionate customer advocate dedicated to delivering technical solutions.
• Exhibit experience in a customer-facing position within the Information Technology sector.
• Possess knowledge of internet network technologies, application and web security, web performance, or media-related technologies.
• Showcase strong communication skills and an ability to build trustworthy relationships with customers at various levels.
• Be a collaborative team player who can prioritize and solve problems in a rapidly changing environment.
• Have experience in Program or Project management within a cross-functional and technical team.
