This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the execution and ongoing enhancement of the school's leadership and cultural framework across all campuses.
• Create implementation strategies, timelines, and success metrics for leadership and culture projects.
• Collaborate with principals and campus culture teams to track implementation status and milestones.
• Conduct reviews of implementation processes, evaluate campus evidence, and offer actionable insights.
• Mentor campus administrators and culture teams on leadership growth, student ownership, goal establishment, and collaborative methods.
• Design and lead professional development sessions focused on school culture, leadership enhancement, student involvement, and continuous improvement.
• Foster systems that promote student leadership, accountability, relationship development, and a positive school environment.
• Execute strategies aimed at enhancing student involvement, attendance, persistence, and retention.
• Analyze data related to engagement, attendance, and retention, and propose targeted interventions.
• Organize campus recognition and celebration initiatives.
• Collaborate with school leadership and cross-departmental teams on engagement, retention, and school improvement efforts.
• Develop resources for implementation, communication tools, and systems for monitoring progress.
• Maintain documentation, implementation trackers, and reports.
• Provide support to campuses and lead special projects that boost school culture, student engagement, and retention.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with school leadership teams, instructional coaching, or campus administration is essential.
• Proven experience in facilitating professional development and guiding collaborative teams.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to analyze data and utilize findings to drive ongoing improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Must be able to pass a required background check.
• Valid Texas teaching or administrator certification is preferred.
• Experience in supporting school culture, student engagement, or leadership initiatives is preferred.
• Campus leadership experience is desired.
• Experience in driving school improvement or cultural initiatives is desired.
• Strong project management and organizational skills are desired.
