This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver strategic direction and support to Energy Advisors.
• Formulate sales strategies and ensure the team's objectives are aligned.
• Monitor and assess sales performance metrics.
• Oversee complex client engagements and foster robust relationships.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the retail commercial energy sector.
• At least 3 years of management experience in B2B sales.
• Comprehensive knowledge of energy markets such as NYISO, ERCOT, and PJM.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot is preferred).
