This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the execution of designated energy projects from start to finish.
• Create and oversee comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within T&I, Infrastructure, and Commercial departments.
• Identify, monitor, and address project risks and issues effectively.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and escalate significant challenges when necessary.
• Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including utilities and partners.
• Ensure cohesion among technical, commercial, and scheduling requirements.
• Monitor and report on project performance, key milestones, and associated risks.
• Assist in formulating project strategies and execution plans.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• 7–10 years of experience in energy development, infrastructure delivery, or project management (PMP certification preferred).
• Experience with energy, utility, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management abilities, including schedule, budget, and risk management skills.
• Capability to manage intricate, cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of the energy project lifecycle and associated delivery challenges.
