
Energy Intelligence and Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee the global governance of energy data, reporting standards, and analytics capabilities.
β’ Create dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and performance reports to facilitate informed business decisions.
β’ Provide market intelligence regarding energy trends, pricing, regulations, risks, and opportunities.
β’ Incorporate energy analytics into procurement reporting and value measurement with the Procurement Strategy & Excellence COE.
β’ Spearhead initiatives in AI, automation, predictive analytics, and digital transformation.
β’ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, ROI modeling, savings validation, and tracking value realization.
β’ Develop executive dashboards and presentations that convert data into actionable business recommendations.
β’ Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making processes.
β’ Collaborate with external energy consultants to ensure alignment with O-I strategy and reporting requirements.
β’ Work in partnership with Global Energy & Risk Management, Procurement, Finance & Controlling, Sustainability, Operations, regional energy teams, and the enterprise Data & Analytics Hub.
β’ Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
β’ A Master's degree, MBA, or relevant analytical qualification is preferred.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in energy analytics, procurement analytics, business intelligence, finance analytics, commodity markets, or similar areas.
β’ Experience operating in multinational and matrix or helix organizations.
β’ Proven experience in supporting executive-level decision-making through analytics and insights.
β’ Proficiency in managing large datasets, reporting automation, and dashboard creation.
β’ Experience in manufacturing, energy-intensive industries, or commodity markets is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel 10β25% of the time.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with Procurement, Finance & Controlling, Sustainability, Operations, regional energy teams, and the enterprise Data & Analytics Hub.
