Energy Industry Process Support, SAP, Schleupen

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You assist with energy-sector processes directly at the client, including billing, market communication, or balancing.

• You collaborate closely with energy industry software such as SAP IS-U, SAP S/4HANA, Schleupen, Wilken, and Robotron.

• You document, analyze, and enhance workflows in a practical and implementation-focused manner.

• You keep informed about regulatory changes and emerging requirements.

• You actively share your expertise with the team and contribute to driving improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in energy management, engineering, or industrial engineering is preferred but not essential.

• You possess knowledge of energy-sector processes and IT systems, gained through professional experience with a grid operator, supplier, metering point operator, or service provider.

• You are capable of working independently and with confidence, as you will represent our company on-site with clients.

• You can identify connections, assess them, and provide focused feedback to clients or project managers.

• You communicate clearly and professionally, maintaining a collegial approach.

• You remain composed and keep a broad perspective, even in a fast-paced environment.

• You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with energy-sector IT systems.

• You adapt quickly to new teams, work collaboratively, and appreciate open communication.

• Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level is required.
