This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee prescriptive measure assistance for the launch of new programs and the upkeep of existing programs within our IT systems.

• Guarantee high-quality and timely support.

• Direct evaluations of technical reference manuals, filings, utility commission documents, and evaluator documents to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to sound engineering practices.

• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both engineering and program partners.

• Develop documentation for prescriptive measure savings methodologies in accordance with federal, state, and local energy codes and requirements, utilizing standard engineering principles.

• Verify the accuracy of prescriptive measure requirements in our IT systems by conducting comprehensive testing and reviewing measure data.

• Create energy savings calculators in MS Excel for prescriptive measures.

• Assist in the formulation of company-wide engineering best practices, including the development and review of energy savings calculations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field applicable to the Energy Analyst role.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in energy efficiency consulting or program implementation.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

• Experience with VBA, SQL, or other programming languages is advantageous.

• A strong interest and drive to thrive in the fast-paced energy efficiency sector.

• Exceptional technical and non-technical writing and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze technical issues and effectively communicate conclusions to a varied audience, both technical and non-technical.

• Proficient in reviewing colleagues' work and providing timely, constructive feedback.

• Enjoys collaborating in a dynamic environment with both technical and non-technical team members.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to meet deadlines and think critically.
