This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Serve as the main analyst in our proprietary project management system to monitor program benchmarks, retailer engagement, and the impact on incentive budgets.
• Create and issue customized coupon codes and promotional identifiers specifically designed for various retail partners (e.g., Lowe’s, Home Depot).
• Reconcile monthly sales and redemption information provided by retailers with internal system records to guarantee accuracy in rebate processing.
• Collaborate with retail corporate offices to ensure proper integration of coupon codes into their respective Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Examine redemption patterns and program sell-through data to deliver actionable insights to the Program Manager(s).
• Perform thorough internal audits of data entries to prevent incentive duplication and ensure compliance with utility regulatory standards.
• Maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for code generation and data uploads within the project management system.
• Develop and sustain precise and timely reporting.
• Create and collaborate on procedural documentation in support of the Program Manager.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all internal and external reports.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years in data coordination, program operations, or retail analytics—ideally within the energy, utility, or rebate industries.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and experience managing intricate datasets.
• Proven ability to swiftly learn proprietary software and project management tools.
• High attention to detail in data entry and code generation; possessing an "eye for the small things" is crucial to avoid significant data errors.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple timelines for various seasonal promotion launches.
• Ability to translate technical data findings into clear and concise updates for non-technical stakeholders.
• Process-oriented with a commitment to optimizing workflows and enhancing efficiency.
• Results-focused and able to collaborate at all organizational levels to fulfill commitments and achieve objectives.
• Independent worker capable of taking ownership of assigned tasks, proposing solutions, and suggesting enhancements to existing processes related to reporting, tracking, and analysis.
• Capable of meeting deadlines while adjusting to changing priorities and evolving business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
