This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee, plan, and execute assigned rebate program projects or specific project components to meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Assist in developing work plans, setting milestones, managing interim deadlines, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
• Monitor rebate application queues to ensure accurate and prompt processing.
• Report program challenges and risks to senior project leadership.
• Prepare and manage invoicing and monthly reporting tasks.
• Track project development and relay status updates to internal leadership and external clients.
• Aid in financial tracking by aligning project schedules and deliverable completion with billing milestones.
• Engage with utilities, contractors, market participants, and other external stakeholders.
• Clarify program requirements and application processes while addressing stakeholder inquiries.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with program and client standards.
• Coordinate resources to facilitate effective program delivery.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and fulfill client expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, environmental studies, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, consulting support, program administration, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in supporting project activities or deliverables within established scope, schedule, and quality parameters.
• Familiarity with project teams, including task tracking, documentation upkeep, and timeline assistance.
• Experience collaborating with internal team members or external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Foundational skills in technical writing for project documentation, summaries, and status reports.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines under supervision.
• Basic project management competencies, including adherence to plans, milestone tracking, and issue escalation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Capability to work independently while adhering to the guidance and priorities set by senior staff.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes.
• Intermediate Excel skill assessment is required during the interview process.
• Must reside within the Pittsburgh, PA Metropolitan area.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S. is a prerequisite for employment.
