This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Cultivates, oversees, and nurtures relationships with decision-makers in multifamily properties, property owners/managers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and other industry associates.
• Takes charge of lead generation for energy efficiency programs in accordance with established program guidelines.
• Performs property assessments for project scope delineation and baseline data gathering.
• Offers technical assistance to program service providers.
• Analyzes program guidelines and provides continuous support to contractors and subcontractors.
• Facilitates scheduled and impromptu meetings/calls with the internal team, partners, and utility clients.
• Presents and conveys program offerings customized for stakeholders.
• Manages program timelines and team activities, assigning tasks to relevant internal personnel.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in energy-efficiency program execution, project management, or related sales roles.
• Demonstrated success in engaging clients, multifamily property owners, property management, and contractors.
• Capability to take complete ownership of projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce, and CRM tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Client-centered approach with a focus on customer service.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to multi-task and self-manage your work.
• Positive, proactive attitude demonstrating initiative and creativity.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.
