This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Successfully implements energy efficiency programs for clients in accordance with contract specifications and budgetary guidelines.
• Identifies, defines, quantifies, tracks, and drives program deliverables to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Regularly evaluates project progress towards goals, ensures compliance with requirements, and formulates innovative solutions to emerging challenges and market changes.
• Oversees, guides, and mentors a dynamic team by establishing and assessing performance standards and objectives for direct reports, while building effective delivery teams.
• Cultivates, manages, and strengthens partnerships with subcontractors, community organizations, and other industry affiliates/stakeholders.
• Manages client expectations, ensures satisfaction, oversees communications, and addresses or escalates client concerns as necessary.
• Collaborates with essential internal departments, including IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR, to enhance efficiencies that meet program requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must reside in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related discipline is required, with a minimum of 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Strong interest in sustainability and a passion for making a positive impact on the environment.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Client-focused with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Proficient in both short- and long-term planning and strategy.
• Technical expertise related to residential and multifamily energy use and/or building science.
• Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to direct one's own work effectively.
• Skilled in establishing job and workflow processes.
• Positive, proactive attitude demonstrating initiative and creativity.
• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent presentation skills in both speaking and writing.
