This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the main liaison for vendors, contractors, utility partners, and internal teams, fostering robust, trust-based relationships that encourage program participation and sustained engagement.
• Facilitate vendor onboarding, training, and continuous engagement, ensuring a thorough understanding of program requirements, tools, and processes.
• Propel project progress through proactive communication, coordination, and follow-up, aiding projects in moving smoothly from opportunity to completion.
• Assist customers and vendors during the application process, working to eliminate obstacles, resolve issues, and guarantee timely submissions.
• Balance external engagement with internal coordination, ensuring alignment between vendors, program requirements, and internal teams.
• Provide reports on project and program activities, maintain trackers and databases, and ensure data accuracy and visibility across systems.
• Create and manage vendor-facing communications, including program updates, outreach emails, and educational materials.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues, and suggest practical improvements to enhance program operations and scalability.
• Collaborate across functions with program management, engineering, software, data, and marketing teams to enhance workflows, reporting, and program delivery.
• Adapt swiftly to changing program needs, market conditions, and client priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and accountability.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in energy efficiency programs, account management, customer success, outreach, project coordination, or a related field.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to advance work through organization, follow-up, and problem-solving.
• Comfortable balancing people-facing responsibilities with administrative, operational, and process-oriented tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience utilizing spreadsheets, program portals, or CRM-type systems.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to process enhancements.
• Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and making a significant impact.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
