Energy Efficiency Delivery Services Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct multiple large-scale programs from initiation to execution.

• Ensure adherence to budgetary limits and project timelines.

• Assess and track program performance metrics.

• Identify opportunities for enhancement and implement improvements through Quarterly Business Reviews and regular client interactions.

• Manage the commercial agreements of assigned clients.

• Oversee scope and pricing within contractual limits.

• Support business development efforts, including reviewing proposal content, preparing for interviews, and delivering presentations.

• Establish and nurture relationships with external partners, subcontractors, regulatory authorities, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

• Convey program initiatives, performance metrics, and tactical updates effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

• Recognize potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Lead cross-functional teams through initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Allocate resources to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.

• Generate and maintain reports for clients, partners, and internal teams.

• Accurately describe data with clear insights and recommendations.

• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in program management, demonstrating a successful history of delivering complex projects.

• More than 5 years in direct client-facing roles, which may include business development, program implementation, or account management.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt communication style to suit audiences at all organizational levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, employing a data-driven approach in decision-making.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to prioritize ruthlessly and manage the needs of various stakeholders.

• Genuine interest in sustainability and a commitment to making a significant environmental impact.

• Successful completion of a thorough background check and reference verification.

• A pre-employment drug screening may be required, depending on the position.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification is preferred.
