Energy Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate a portfolio of new small business clients for retail electric supply.

• Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads provided.

• Collect essential customer information and input it into AEP Energy’s CRM system.

• Pre-qualify opportunities based on the data gathered in the CRM.

• Articulate AEP Energy’s value proposition to potential customers over the phone.

• Independently manage the number of customer proposal calls needed to meet or surpass monthly sales volume targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Experience in the energy industry is an advantage.

• $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 Base salary, in addition to sales incentive compensation.
