This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• - **Analysis of energy consumption** at our locations and **identification of specific savings potentials**

• - Independent **implementation of efficiency measures** in collaboration with the locations (e.g., in laboratory and building technology)

• - Execution and further development of our **transparent energy monitoring system including KPI framework**

• - Advancing topics such as **on-site energy generation** (e.g., PV), **load management**, and **supply optimization**

• - Promotion and implementation of solutions in the field of **e-mobility** (e.g., charging infrastructure, fleet integration)

• - Active identification and utilization of our **funding programs** as well as management of corresponding applications and projects

• - Support and further development of our energy management system according to **ISO 50001**

• - Close collaboration with our interfaces such as medical technology, procurement, and external service providers

• - Integration of sustainability into everyday operations – not just in reporting

⛳️ Requirements

• - **Degree** in the **field of energy, environment, engineering, or a comparable area**

• - **Experience in energy or sustainability management**

• - Strong **technical understanding** (e.g., building technology, energy systems)

• - Experience with funding programs (e.g., BAFA) is an advantage

• - Structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented working style

• - Hands-on mentality, implementation strength, and persuasive skills

• - Willingness to undertake occasional and planned travel

• - Excellent communication skills (German & English)
