Endpoint Systems Engineer, Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute patching and updates on client systems utilizing Kaseya VSA.

• Oversee and deploy operating system and application patches via Microsoft Intune.

• Facilitate patching operations with Datto RMM, which includes monitoring, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring successful application.

• Create and maintain patch compliance reports to ensure systems adhere to security and compliance standards.

• Deploy, update, and manage third-party applications across endpoint devices.

• Employ PowerShell scripting to automate tasks on endpoints, enhance efficiency, and resolve recurring problems.

• Ensure endpoint performance, stability, and security across various environments.

• Address and resolve incidents, service requests, and patch-related issues through the ConnectWise ticketing system.

• Independently handle L2-level tasks while appropriately escalating complex issues.

• Adhere to defined SLAs and operational processes in a high-volume, ticket-driven environment.

• Keep precise documentation of endpoints and asset visibility using Liongard.

• Aid in alleviating an existing backlog of Liongard deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in endpoint management, systems engineering, or desktop support roles.

• Solid hands-on experience with endpoint patching and update management.

• Proficient in one or more RMM/MDM tools such as Kaseya VSA, Microsoft Intune, or Datto RMM.

• Familiar with ConnectWise or comparable ITSM/ticketing platforms.

• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting.

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently in an L2 capacity with minimal oversight.

• **Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills**

• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.

• Prior experience with Liongard, especially in asset management and remediation.

• Familiarity with patch compliance reporting and audit support.

• Understanding of best practices in endpoint security.
