This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take responsibility for the health, performance, and compliance of endpoint environments within customer settings.
• Oversee and sustain endpoint management platforms (MDM/RMM), such as Intune and NinjaOne.
• Monitor and uphold endpoint health, patching, and compliance, ensuring effective deployment and remediation of OS and application updates.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to endpoints, including performance, configuration, and policy enforcement challenges.
• Create and manage investigations for recurring or complex endpoint issues.
• Develop, test, and maintain scripts and automation (preferably PowerShell) to enhance endpoint management and operational efficiency.
• Build and sustain integrations between endpoint management tools and other systems (e.g., ITSM, monitoring platforms).
• Work collaboratively with infrastructure and support teams to address cross-system issues that affect endpoints.
• Maintain standards, policies, and documentation related to endpoint configuration.
• Engage in change management processes for updates and deployments related to endpoints.
• Identify and execute improvements to endpoint management, automation, and operational workflows.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT.
• Must be fluent in English.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in supporting endpoint management within an MSP, enterprise IT, or similar environment.
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, other MDM solutions).
• Experience with RMM tools (e.g., NinjaOne or comparable platforms).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Entra ID device management.
• Proficiency in Windows endpoint administration and lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities related to endpoint systems.
• Experience with patch management processes and tools.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Experience working within ticketing systems and structured support procedures.
• Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell preferred) for automation and tooling purposes.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications include VMware VCP, Microsoft, or cloud infrastructure credentials.
• Certifications related to Microsoft, endpoint management, or cloud technology are desirable.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting with familiarity in ITIL-based service delivery models.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, such as VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
