This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee the implementation and training for customers utilizing Medtronic’s Endoscopy Solutions.
• Act as the clinical product authority, enhancing customer understanding of both the product and clinical applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations for physicians and nursing staff on all procedures related to Medtronic Endoscopy Solutions offerings.
• Manage the installation of products.
• Continuously enhance knowledge regarding Medtronic Endoscopy Solutions offerings.
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education to targeted accounts through individual and group interactions.
• Lead post-sales initiatives, encompassing implementation, product education, in-servicing, and ongoing support for Medtronic Endoscopy Solutions applications.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to support the regional sales strategy and accomplish business objectives.
• Organize and support local, regional, and national educational courses aimed at physicians, nurses, and medical personnel.
• Provide assistance to key decision-makers and clinicians within the designated region.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no prior experience.
• Experience in adult education and training; prior experience in the Gastroenterology field is preferred.
• Proven ability to convey highly technical information to a varied audience.
• Demonstrated success in a team environment and ability to navigate a matrix-managed setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with individuals across all business levels.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to troubleshoot basic technical issues that may arise with any of Medtronic GI Solutions' complete suite of products.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
