This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Offer procedural assistance to new users to enhance safety and facilitate efficient progression through their learning experiences.
• Assist in training initiatives, including in-services, training labs, participation in first case series, and the development of teams and programs.
• Achieve clinical expertise in the pulmonary oncology field.
• Collaborate with ESRs to partner with senior hospital personnel and key physicians in strategizing and implementing a plan for the successful integration of Ion® at new customer locations.
• Enable critical user and procedural data collection to formulate effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Work together with daVinci local sales teams to ensure consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Diligently manage administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management and the submission of expense reports.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, leadership, or a clinical role.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and be located near a major airline hub.
• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy environment is advantageous.
