This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Offer procedural guidance to new users to enhance safety and facilitate effective learning progress.
• Collaborate with senior hospital personnel and key physicians to design and implement a strategy for successful integration of Ion® at new customer locations, ensuring ongoing commitment to and use of the system.
• Support the capture of essential user and procedural data to establish effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Work in tandem with the ESM and Marketing teams to develop Ion Catalyst Programs that are driven by the clinical, economic, and strategic validation and impact of a robust ION® robotic biopsy initiative.
• Oversee all related activities, including case observations, training labs, participation in first case series, and the development of teams and programs.
• Become a clinical authority in relevant fields such as Pulmonology, Oncology, Interventional Radiology, and Thoracic Treatment integration.
• Partner with local daVinci sales teams, leadership, and Key Accounts to ensure consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders while executing market strategies in major metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs).
• Manage administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management and submission of expense reports, among others.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of sales experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Proven capability to handle complex situations and adapt to a changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend new market dynamics and promote the adoption of innovative technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in selling medical capital equipment is preferred.
• Exceptional clinical selling skills with the ability to rapidly establish credibility with a highly educated clientele.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airline hub.
• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy environment is advantageous.
