This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Offer procedural assistance to new users to enhance safety and support their effective learning journeys.
• Assist with training initiatives, which include in-service sessions, training laboratories, attending first case series, and the development of teams and programs.
• Develop expertise in the pulmonary oncology field.
• Collaborate with ESRs and work alongside senior hospital personnel and key physicians to create and implement a strategy for the efficient integration of Ion® at new customer locations.
• Enable the collection of essential user and procedural data to establish effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Work together with daVinci local sales teams to ensure consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage administrative duties responsibly, including SFDC management and submission of expense reports.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience is necessary.
• A proven track record of success and leadership is essential.
• The ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a changing environment is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Capability to perform well in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airline hub.
• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy environment is advantageous.
