• Offer procedural assistance to new users to enhance safety and ensure effective advancement through their learning phases.
• Aid in training initiatives, including in-services, training laboratories, participation in initial case series, and the development of teams and programs.
• Become a clinical authority in the pulmonary oncology field.
• Collaborate with ESRs to work alongside senior hospital personnel and key physicians in strategizing and implementing a plan for the successful integration of Ion® at new customer locations.
• Enable critical capture of user and procedural data to establish effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Partner with daVinci local sales teams to ensure consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management, expense report submissions, and other related tasks.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of sales experience is required.
• A proven track record of success and leadership is essential.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate complexity and thrive in a changing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airline hub.
• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy environment is advantageous.
