• Offer procedural assistance to new users to enhance safety and ensure effective advancement through their learning processes.
• Assist with training initiatives that encompass in-services, training labs, participation in first case series, and the development of teams and programs.
• Become a clinical authority in the pulmonary oncology domain.
• Collaborate with ESRs to work alongside senior hospital personnel and key physicians in formulating and implementing a strategy to successfully integrate Ion® at new customer locations, ensuring continued commitment to and usage of the system.
• Enable essential user and procedural data collection to establish effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Work in partnership with daVinci local sales teams to guarantee consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Diligently manage administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management, expense report submissions, and more.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of sales experience is required.
• A demonstrated record of achievement and leadership is essential.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and operate in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting is vital.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airline hub is expected.
• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy field is an advantage.
