This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Offer procedural assistance to new users to enhance safety and facilitate effective progression through their learning processes.
• Assist in training initiatives including in-services, training labs, participation in first case series, and the development of teams and programs.
• Become a clinical authority in the pulmonary oncology field.
• Collaborate with ESRs to engage with senior hospital personnel and key physicians in creating and implementing a strategy for the effective integration of Ion® at new client sites, ensuring sustained commitment to and use of the system.
• Enable critical user and procedural data collection to establish effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Work with local daVinci sales teams to guarantee consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Diligently handle administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management and the submission of expense reports, among others.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in individual quota-bearing sales is required.
• A proven track record of achievement and leadership is essential.
• Ability to manage complexity and operate in a changing environment is necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting is important.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airline hub is required.
• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy environment is advantageous.
