• Oversee the intricate sales process of ION Endoluminal Systems into new healthcare facilities.
• Establish clinical and administrative backing through technical demonstrations, executive meetings, marketing events, and system test drives.
• Identify key institutions, enhance market awareness, and promote sales of the ION Endoluminal System within a designated sales territory.
• Efficiently manage the transition from the initial sale and installation to the clinical sales team to boost procedural volume and growth.
• Extensive travel required, approximately 70% of the time.
• Meet quarterly sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the Endoluminal Sales Director to create a sales strategy for the local territory of the ESM.
• Develop advocacy teams at each healthcare facility.
• Initiate contact and cultivate relationships with CEOs and senior hospital administrators.
• Organize and oversee the sales process.
• Attain expert-level knowledge of primary diagnostic bronchoscopy procedures.
• Justify the business case for system acquisition.
• At least 5 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Familiarity with the endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and operating room environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
