Endoluminal Director – Commercial Distribution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for driving strategic growth and ensuring operational excellence of the distributor network within designated regions.

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Commercial Distribution and Market Development Managers across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.

• Formulate regional market access strategies to boost the adoption of endoluminal robotic technologies.

• Collaborate and coordinate with the global organization to enhance product outreach.

• Create detailed business plans to consistently exceed organizational objectives.

• Facilitate quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Oversee operational budgets and P&L while adhering to strict ethical standards.

• Engage in field rides with distributor representatives to offer coaching, gain insights into market dynamics, and promote technology adoption.

• Identify and nurture Global and Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of senior-level experience in Sales and Marketing within the medical device sector.

• Demonstrated capability to lead teams with significant business insight and a successful history of transforming market trends into effective commercial strategies.

• Strong comprehension of hospital procedure room settings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related medical field is mandatory; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is highly preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence individuals at all levels.

• Profound understanding of the cultures, customs, and traditions within the assigned territory.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
