This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Accountable for driving strategic growth and achieving operational excellence within the distributor network in designated regions.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a high-achieving team of Commercial Distribution and Market Development Managers throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
• Formulate regional market access strategies to expedite the integration of endoluminal robotic applications.
• Collaborate and execute initiatives with the global organization to enhance product distribution.
• Create detailed business plans, incorporating quarterly forecasts for systems and procedures, to consistently exceed organizational objectives.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals, achieve annual targets, and manage operational budgets and P&L while adhering to ethical standards.
• Engage in field rides with distributor representatives to offer coaching, gain insights into market dynamics, and promote technology adoption.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with Global and Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), reference sites, and epicenters.
• Organize physician training sessions and ensure that distributors are proficient in clinical procedures and the capital sales process.
• Over 8 years of senior-level Sales and Marketing experience in the medical device sector, particularly in managing distribution networks.
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams with robust business insight and a proven record of transforming market trends into successful commercial initiatives.
• Solid understanding of hospital procedure room settings.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a medical-related discipline is mandatory; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of the cultures, customs, and traditions pertinent to the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
