This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieve sales and gross profit objectives for the designated territory while adhering to a structured sales process.
• Present, promote, and sell products by leveraging extensive product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations and effectively address customer objections.
• Drive both capital and consumable sales, which includes making cold calls, identifying prospects, scheduling appointments, executing effective qualifying sales calls, and managing sales cycles to secure new business across all Endodontic categories.
• Develop a sales strategy for the territory focused on expanding existing customer relationships and identifying key influencers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain outstanding business and customer relationships.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for current and prospective customers.
• Assess new sales tools and applications for feedback and further enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to all activities related to funnel management, work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses, etc., utilizing available tools including CRM.
• Attend sales meetings, dental conventions, and seminars as required.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, executing follow-up actions to ensure issues and opportunities are communicated to the relevant departments.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Exhibit ethical behavior by complying with company and divisional policies and procedures.
• Conduct business in a professional and collaborative manner with all internal personnel while executing company programs as directed.
• Proven track record of successfully selling capital and consumable products.
• Ability to engage and service customers to promote ongoing product utilization.
• Strong business acumen coupled with excellent time management skills.
• Capability to assist clinicians and their staff in managing change effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within the parameters of given instructions, prescribed routines, and accepted standard practices.
• Proficiency in technology (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook, Salesforce.com).
