This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment strategies through video consultations.
• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary care team to uphold high-quality care standards.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based methods.
• Keep precise, current patient records and ensure timely charting completion.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and attentiveness.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations, medical advice, and prescribing when clinically appropriate.
• Board-certified Endocrinologist.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology obtained through an ACGME-accredited program.
• Active IMLC license or currently in the process of acquiring one.
• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• Demonstrated capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practice.
• Proficient in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
• Experience in women’s health is a plus.
• A minimum of two years of continuous clinical practice experience treating patients with an MD/DO license.
