This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass sales targets within a designated territory by creating, implementing, and executing a comprehensive territory business plan focused on key customer targets.

• Demonstrate expertise in scientific and clinical information related to Encaleret.

• Employ a customer-focused approach to engage clients in clinically pertinent discussions utilizing approved materials.

• Analyze sales and targeting data effectively to uncover opportunities for business expansion or identify areas needing attention in the territory.

• Take charge of territory business planning and the implementation of key corporate initiatives.

• Uphold company guidelines while demonstrating honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability, ensuring all responsibilities align with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

• Foster compliant collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other essential cross-functional team members to formulate strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.

• Design and execute a dynamic territory business plan by assessing the ADH1 market within their territory to propel business growth. Build, cultivate, and sustain professional relationships with targeted healthcare professionals, including physicians, medical staff, and key personnel across multidisciplinary teams.

• Anticipate potential business obstacles, adjust priorities as necessary, exhibit adaptability, and devise solutions to overcome challenges.

• Maintain exceptional proficiency in sales skills, clinical knowledge, market understanding, and the business landscape of the territory.

• Collaborate with colleagues and company personnel to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and initiatives.

• Strategically plan and organize schedules to maximize efficiency and effectively utilize time in reaching goals and objectives.

• Serve as an ambassador for BridgeBio, presenting a professional image and representing the company, its products, and personnel with integrity and respect.

• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, compliance standards, and Pharma guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of proven success in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology; experience in rare diseases is highly desirable.

• BS/BA required; MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in launching products/indications: Demonstrated success in launching new products and/or new indications in competitive and/or emerging markets.

• Strong skills in leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.

• Ability to prioritize and execute plans effectively.

• Proven leadership capabilities with a record of maintaining a high level of accountability.

• Ability to influence others without authority, both internally and externally.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in using remote technology and AI to engage with customers and evaluate business opportunities.

• Willingness to travel significantly across large geographies.
