This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets within a designated territory by crafting, executing, and implementing a comprehensive territory business strategy focused on key customer segments.
• Demonstrate expertise in scientific and clinical knowledge related to Encaleret.
• Adopt a customer-focused mindset and engage clients in clinically relevant dialogues using approved resources.
• Analyze sales and targeting data effectively to pinpoint opportunities for business expansion or identify areas needing attention in their territory.
• Take charge of territory business planning and the implementation of essential company initiatives.
• Uphold company standards by exhibiting honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability while performing all duties in compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Foster compliant collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other key cross-functional team members to devise strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute an adaptive territory business plan by assessing the ADH1 market within their territory to drive business. Cultivate, maintain, and enhance professional relationships with targeted healthcare professionals, including physicians, medical staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Anticipate potential business obstacles, adjust priorities as necessary, demonstrate adaptability, and formulate solutions to address challenges.
• Maintain an outstanding proficiency in selling skills, clinical knowledge, market insights, and the overall business landscape of the territory.
• Collaborate with colleagues and company staff to ensure the achievement of corporate goals and initiatives.
• Strategically plan and organize schedules to maximize efficiency and effectively meet goals and objectives.
• Serve as an ambassador for BridgeBio, presenting a professional image and representing the company, its products, and its personnel with integrity and respect.
• Ensure that all activities comply with applicable regulations, compliance standards, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• 8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with a minimum of 4 years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology. Experience in rare diseases is highly preferred.
• A BS/BA degree is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in product or indication launches, demonstrating a successful track record in introducing new products and/or indications in competitive or emerging markets.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute plans effectively.
• Proven leadership qualities with a history of maintaining high accountability standards.
• Ability to influence others without direct authority, both internally and externally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using remote technology and AI to engage with clients and assess business opportunities.
