This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and deliver training for non-technical audiences by translating intricate concepts into clear, engaging materials and interactive sessions.
• Tailor approaches to meet learner needs, bolster confidence, and facilitate adoption through effective communication, stakeholder collaboration, and targeted reinforcement.
• Regularly enhance training offerings based on feedback, user readiness, and identified knowledge gaps.
• Business Acumen - Excellent communication skills to simplify intricate concepts for non-technical users and modify messaging according to learner needs.
• Proficient collaboration with business units, SMEs, and IT to ensure training aligns with real-world scenarios.
• Capacity to work independently while providing training that meets timelines and adoption objectives.
• Detail-oriented in crafting clear, structured learning experiences that minimize confusion.
• Flexible approach to modify delivery, pacing, and methods based on audience feedback.
• Strong analytical abilities to pinpoint learning gaps and enhance user understanding and confidence.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, focusing on practical, hands-on application.
• Technical Skills - Expertise in instructional design tailored for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in delivering both instructor-led and virtual training with guided, hands-on practice.
• Proficient in content development tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Articulate, Camtasia).
• Ability to create role-based, scenario-driven training for real-world application.
• Experience in constructing end-to-end learning journeys (pre-work, training, reinforcement).
• Strong knowledge of systems to demonstrate workflows within a business context.
• Skilled in developing practical learning assets (job aids, simulations, exercises).
• Experience in assessing training effectiveness and refining content based on feedback and adoption results.
