Application Adoption Specialist – Radiology IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate workflows: Collaborate with radiologists to gain insights into their reporting habits, workflows, template usage, and challenges. Identify areas for enhancing efficiency, quality, and user experience.

• Tailor configurations: Personalize reporting templates and software settings to minimize friction and provide measurable value customized to the specific needs of each department.

• Develop the adoption strategy: Create and implement client-specific adoption approaches that cater to users' current practices rather than adhering to a generic training model.

• Facilitate training and support: Conduct onboarding sessions, workshops, and training activities for radiologists and key users. Build trustworthy relationships to empower users and enhance their confidence with the technology and related workflows.

• Close the feedback loop: Convert on-site observations into actionable product insights that enable continuous improvement of our solutions.

• Utilize data-driven insights: Identify key metrics — which templates are most frequently used, and which radiologists produce the highest volume. Leverage this information to engage key individuals first and convert power users into advocates who can assist the rest of the team.

• Enhance efficiency with AI: Integrate AI tools into your daily tasks to optimize processes and streamline internal operations. Identify opportunities for automation, establish best practices, and contribute to the team's ongoing improvement.

• Encourage innovation: Work alongside customers and internal stakeholders to assess new features, conduct beta tests, and validate innovative solutions. Provide real-world feedback to help shape future products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Radiology expertise: Familiarity with clinical reporting workflows, medical terminology, and structured templates. Experience with speech recognition software, reporting solutions, or other radiology technologies is preferred. A clinical or technical background is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills: Ability to listen attentively, build trust quickly, and simplify complex topics. Whether interacting with radiologists, IT teams, or department leaders, you connect with people at their level and guide them effectively.

• Focus on training and adoption: Passion for helping others succeed. Understanding that effective adoption extends beyond technology to include people, habits, and change. Skilled at transforming hesitant users into confident advocates.

• Technical aptitude: Digitally savvy and comfortable in healthcare IT environments, capable of configuring software and discussing workflows.

• Proficiency with AI: Regular user of AI tools with the ability to derive tangible value from them. Equally important is the ability to introduce AI to skeptical users, validate outcomes, build trust, and demonstrate practical advantages.

• Curiosity and commitment to innovation: Interest in new technologies and a desire to explore improved workflows. Enjoys testing ideas, providing feedback, and influencing the future of products and services.

• Language proficiency: Fluency in German (C1–C2) and English (C1) is required.
