This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as the main point of contact responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and security of the organization's end-user computing environment.
• Manage and uphold enterprise endpoint management platforms, including SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
• Configure, deploy, and assist with Windows Autopilot for efficient device provisioning and onboarding.
• Oversee and support endpoint infrastructure utilizing Windows Administration Center and related management tools.
• Package, deploy, and sustain end-user applications throughout the enterprise environment.
• Supervise operating system lifecycle management, encompassing upgrades, migrations, and refresh initiatives.
• Handle endpoint patching and update compliance to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Support and uphold endpoint backup and recovery solutions.
• Identify, prioritize, and address endpoint vulnerabilities in collaboration with security teams.
• Manage software licensing and hardware asset management processes and reporting.
• Monitor and enhance the overall digital employee experience, concentrating on endpoint performance and user satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security baselines, hardening standards, and compliance controls.
• Troubleshoot and support enterprise print services and printing infrastructure.
• Oversee the deployment and support of mobile applications across iOS and Android devices.
• Provide assistance for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programs and policies.
• Monitor endpoint health and performance through proactive monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Over 7 years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Management roles.
• Practical experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune in an enterprise setting.
• Extensive experience with Windows Autopilot, endpoint provisioning, and device lifecycle management.
• Background in supporting enterprise Windows desktop environments and modern workplace technologies.
• Understanding of endpoint security best practices, vulnerability management, and system hardening.
• Experience with application packaging, deployment, and patch management processes.
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions and mobile application deployment.
• Experience supporting BYOD environments and modern workplace initiatives.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while supporting a dedicated client account.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring and endpoint analytics platforms.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications related to endpoint management or modern workplace technologies.
• Background in managed services or dedicated client support environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
