End to End Loan Processor, Broker Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist the broker with comprehensive loan processing for both residential and commercial mortgages.

• Oversee the loan pipeline from the initial application stage all the way to settlement.

• Directly interact with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide status updates.

• Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless processing.

• Keep precise records in CRM systems, including MyCrm, Infinity, Mercury, or comparable platforms.

• Proficient in Apply Online.

• Experience with Trello or other similar project management tools.

• Support workflow management and task tracking.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes and help set up best practices as the team expands.

• Provide training and mentorship to future loan processing team members as the business grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as an Australian mortgage broker (not limited to banks or lenders).

• Demonstrated capability to process loans from start to finish, including Documentation Verification, Application Processing, Lender Submission, and Lender Follow-Up.

• Ability to communicate directly with clients in a professional and friendly manner.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as MyCrm, Infinity, Mercury, or similar platforms.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working in high-pressure situations and open to constructive feedback.

• Knowledgeable about serviceability calculations and capable of providing recommendations.
