This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program for all new hires in Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to keep onboarding materials up-to-date and ensure information accuracy.

• Create scalable onboarding systems and feedback mechanisms to enhance the new employee onboarding experience.

• Monitor onboarding completion metrics and evaluate new hire ramp performance.

• Design onboarding programs specifically for Account Executives, SDRs, and Customer Success Managers.

• Establish role-specific ramp milestones and benchmarks for time to productivity.

• Consistently refine onboarding content in response to product modifications, pricing changes, and competitive dynamics.

• Develop sales playbooks tailored for both PLG and enterprise sales approaches.

• Create frameworks for discovery, qualification, messaging, objection handling, and deal advancement.

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to implement sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.

• Create onboarding programs, expansion frameworks, and QBR resources for Customer Success.

• Develop playbooks for expansion and upselling to foster NRR growth.

• Work with Customer Success leadership on enterprise account enablement strategies.

• Maintain resources for competitive positioning and battle cards against infrastructure competitors.

• Collect feedback from Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance messaging and objection management.

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure competitive materials are up-to-date.

• Facilitate ongoing training programs focusing on product updates, sales methodologies, and role-specific skills.

• Create self-service enablement content libraries and coaching frameworks for managers.

• Measure onboarding effectiveness, ramp metrics, win rates, conversion rates, and expansion metrics.

• Partner with Revenue Operations and People teams to develop reporting infrastructure.

• Continuously enhance programs using data and feedback.

• Utilize AI tools to scale onboarding, content creation, and competitive intelligence.

• Implement AI-assisted coaching and conversational intelligence platforms.

• Develop scalable AI-driven enablement systems that minimize operational overhead.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating onboarding or enablement programs within high-growth SaaS, PaaS, or infrastructure companies.

• Experience in supporting Sales and Customer Success teams through training, playbooks, or onboarding processes.

• Strong grasp of enterprise B2B sales processes and customer success workflows.

• Experience in producing written enablement content, including playbooks, onboarding materials, and competitive resources.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and People teams.

• Proficiency in using metrics and reporting to enhance enablement effectiveness.

• Active engagement with AI tools for content creation, coaching, or enablement operations.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Successful completion of a background check.
